A teenage boy has allegedly been raped at a hotel in London used to house refugees.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of carrying out the attack at the Walthamstow property after police were called on October 5.
It comes weeks after another alleged sexual assault against a child at the same facility.
The Met has confirmed it is investigating both incidents.
Police said a person has been charged with one count of sexual touching of a child under 13 in relation to the first incident.
They will appear in court next week.
The hotel reportedly houses 150 children, who are living alongside 250 adults.
